This dataset includes the data and code necessary to reproduce the results presented in Figure 6 and Movie S6. The tomographic reconstruction algorithm, implemented in 'Tomographic_reconstruction.py', was originally developed by the authors and is detailed in Algorithm 1 of the manuscript. To generate the results, run 'Offline_mapping_executable.py' in a Python 3 environment. The dataset also contains the following files: Test7_EVE1_ds_dT_ratios.npy: Temperature calibration data. Test7_fast_discharge_SoC_compensated_delays.npy: State-of-charge (SoC)-compensated travel time shifts during a full discharge. Test7_fast_discharge_dates.npy: Data collection timestamps.
