A MATHEMATICA program to compute charge density, Potential profile, transmission coefficient and current density in the ON state (negative polarization state) of the composite barrier Ferroelectric Tunneling Junction (SRO/STO/BTO/Pt) using Airy and Bessel function as wave functions in Transfer matrix approach.
