Description

This dataset represents the data from the thermodynamic modeling of the manuscript from Siron et al. The folder "Data" contains all results for all computations in the form of .csv files. The folder "Additional_figures" contains figures for aqueous species, minerals and isotopes for each fluid sources at each P-T conditions. The python script "Plots.py" allows to recreate any ternary figure using the data contained in the folder "Data".

Steps to reproduce

Thermodynamic modeling has been computed using the EQ3/6 packages and the DEW model. To run the PerpleX thermodynamic modeling, you can select the input for the fluid sources you want to compute the pseudosection (using "vertex" to run PerpleX and then "pssect" to draw the pseudosection). Otherwise, the output data for each P-T conditions investigated in the study are in the different output text files. To run the thermodynamic computations, you can use the inputs for EQ3 and EQ6 from the "EQ3-6_files" folders and run in Python the script "main.py" (it requires to be in the same folder as the script "Auto_ter_EQ36.py"). To reproduce the plots, you can use the "Plots.py" Python script and select which data you want to plot from the folder Data.
