The source codes of my numerical multiagent-based-simulations. The Middle-Up-Down system is more appropriate to prevent orgaznizational accidents than the Top-Down system and the Bottom-Up system. In addition, Agents can overcome the problem if they have not only a certain Hygiene Factor but enough Motivator in reporting and sharing information about both safety behaviors and unsafety behaviors: the level of agents’ Shared Mental Models (SMMs) fall drastically if skips of the sharing processes occur in the SMMs. Through the multiagent-based-simulation, it was revealed that organizations with Motivator can complement lack of operators’ commitment if the content of the lack is less than around 20%.
