Description

The source codes of my Multi-Agent-Simulations and numerical calculations. The results of the simulations are that the Middle-Up-Down system is more appropriate to prevent organizational accidents than the Top-Down system and the Bottom-Up system. In addition, organizations can overcome the problem if their agents have not only a certain Hygiene Factor but also enough Motivator in reporting and sharing information about both safety behaviors and unsafety behaviors: the level of agents’ Shared Mental Models (SMMs) falls drastically when they skip the sharing processes to any extent. Through the numerical calculations, it was revealed that the operators’ Motivator can complement the 20% lack of their commitment.
