The data of this manuscript entitled “Comparative Assessment of Outcomes in Drug Treatment for Smoking Cessation and Role of Genetic Polymorphisms of Human Nicotinic Acetylcholine Receptor Subunits” by Muderrisoglu et. al., 2022 is presented in this file. In the study, the effects of functional genetic polymorphisms of nicotinic acetylcholine receptor subunits on smoking status and success of cessation treatments in a Turkish population of non-smokers and smokers treated with nicotine replacement, bupropion or varenicline were investigated.
