This dataset contains benthic foraminiferal assemblage data and associated environmental parameters collected from seagrass habitats along the northern and southern coasts of the Gulf of Aqaba-Eilat between January 2020 and April 2021. Sampling was conducted seasonally at two sites: a highly urbanized northern coast (NC) and a near-pristine southern coast (SC), representing varying levels of anthropogenic influence. The record includes: Total numerical abundance (specimens/10 cm²) Species-level identification and richness Diversity indices (Shannon-Wiener, Margalef, Evenness) FORAM Index (FI) values per sample Leaf surface area (cm²) Sediment grain size distribution (by weight% %)
