Description
Self-affirmation interventions are effective in education and health messages and may have their influence partly by improving wellbeing, but research findings have been mixed. To investigate whether self-affirmations improve wellbeing, a systematic review and meta-analysis was conducted. Six databases and grey literature were searched from commencement until April 2019. This data set includes the search terms for databases, raw data used within the meta-analysis and Revman outputs.
