This dataset contains the numerical data corresponding to Tables S1–S6 in the Supplementary Material of the manuscript “Molybdenum redistribution and extreme isotope fractionation in a Barremian weathering profile revealed by scientific drilling,” submitted to Geochimica et Cosmochimica Acta (GCA). Table S1 reports whole-rock trace-element data; Table S2, iron-speciation data; Tables S3 and S4, major- and trace-element compositions of minerals; Table S5, pXRF sulfur concentrations; and Table S6, Mo concentrations and isotope compositions from the Chaoyang profile and published weathering profiles.
