Description
The sediment samples for this experiment were collected from the middle-lower section of the North Passage on May 14, 2015. The median particle size of the experimental sediment samples was approximately 16μm.

The sediment samples were collected from the middle-lower section of the North Passage on May 14, 2015. The median particle size of the experimental sediment samples was approximately 16μm. Salinity levels were set at 0, 0.5, 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 12, 16, 23, and 30 PSU, totaling 11 groups. Sediment concentrations were established at 0.15, 0.2, 0.3, 0.5, 0.7, 1, 1.2, 1.5, 1.7, 2, 2.2, 2.5, 2.7, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 kg/m³, for a total of 19 groups. The SV was calculated based on the time evolution of SSC using the mass conservation equation. The SV data were calculated by McLaughlin formula.
