planes of thought dataset
Description
Due to the scarcity of datasets in the field of the measurement of human thought, we compiled 20,000 sentences from the Collins Dictionary and Your Dictionary sites and labeled the sentences using Robert Cloninger's theory. To the best of our knowledge, this data collection represents the first effort to measure human thought planes in this manner.

To describe and measure thought, we examined the collected sentences by Cloninger's theory and determined the plane of thought for each sentence. Three experts manually labeled the sentences, which were later checked by a psychiatrist. To label sentences, we first labeled the 10,000 most frequently used words in the dictionary using Cloninger's theory and determined the dominant plane of each word. Finally, we used these words as ground truths to label the sentences. Finally, we labeled the sentences using our ground truths. It is worth noting that the collection of this dataset took 6 months.
