Survey in SoSciSurvey, distributed through Dynata, scales used: perceived fairness (Mor Barak, 2016), organizational authenticity (Shen and Kim, 2012), satisfaction with corporate information (Downs and Hazen, 1977; DeConinck et al., 2008), organizational identification (Mael and Ashforth, 1992), organizational citizenship behavior (Binestock et al., 2003; Van Dyne et al., 1994).
