Description

Data on employees' organizational identification, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), diversity climate, organizational authenticity, and satisfaction with corporate diversity commuication were collected. Questionnaire, codebook, and data are provided.

Steps to reproduce

Survey in SoSciSurvey, distributed through Dynata, scales used: perceived fairness (Mor Barak, 2016), organizational authenticity (Shen and Kim, 2012), satisfaction with corporate information (Downs and Hazen, 1977; DeConinck et al., 2008), organizational identification (Mael and Ashforth, 1992), organizational citizenship behavior (Binestock et al., 2003; Van Dyne et al., 1994).
