Description

The aim of this study is to examine changes in the microbiota when co-colonized by E. coli K12 and either wildtype or engineered T4 bacteriophage. 16S V3/V4 Illumina sequencing reads for three experimental groups (E. coli alone, E. coli + wildtype T4, E. coli + T4::clpB). Cecal DNA extraction, sequencing, and bioinformatics performed by SeqCoast Genomics. Experimental condition and corresponding sample ID are provided in the supplied metadata.
