Evaluating Climate-Driven Shifts in the Suitable Habitat and Ecological Niche of Amaranthus spinosus
Description
This dataset supports the research article "Evaluating Climate-Driven Shifts in the Suitable Habitat and Ecological Niche of Amaranthus spinosus". It includes: 1. Species distribution modeling results (biomod2 ensemble models) for Amaranthus spinosus in China under current and future climate scenarios (CMIP6 SSP1-2.6, SSP2-4.5, SSP3-7.0, SSP5-8.5 for 2050s and 2090s). 2. Environmental predictor layers (climatic variables and Human Footprint Index). 3. Occurrence data of Amaranthus spinosus in its native (tropical America) and invaded (China) ranges. 4. R scripts for PCA-env niche analysis and biomod2 modeling. 5. Output figures and suitability maps. Corresponding author: Yaru Yuan (ryuan@hrbnu.edu.cn).
