The two database files are related to https://doi.org/10.1016/j.celrep.2022.111588. The PRISMA_CLDNpeptidesDB.fasta file contains the information about the C-termini of the human claudins, which were used in the construction of the prisma peptide matrix. The sequence information is necessary to identify peptides derived from the peptide matrix and not from the interacting proteins. The second file contains the dog proteome, which was used for the identification of the interactors in the screen (protein extracts were preapared from MDCK cells).
