Description

In the netcdf files included in this dataset, the 'hs' variable represents the significant wave height, the 'fp' variable the peak frequency and the 'ucur', 'vcur' variables the surface currents. The ww3.milton_986_cc.nc, ww3.milton_986_cc_ilt.nc files contain data from Hurricane Milton simulations with currents (using the KPP-LT and KPP-iLT mixing schemes respectively) and the ww3.milton_986_ncc.nc data from a Hurricane Milton simulation without currents. Similarly, the files ww3.helene_995_cc.nc, ww3.helene_995_cc_ilt.nc, ww3.helene_995_ncc.nc contain data from Hurricane Helene simulations, the files ww3.idalia_25_cc.nc, ww3.idalia_25_cc_ilt.nc, ww3.idalia_25_ncc.nc data from Hurricane Idalia simulations and the files ww3.ian_68_cc.nc, ww3.ian_68_cc_ilt.nc, ww3.ian_68_ncc.nc data from Hurricane Ian simulations.
