Menopause syndrome is a common health issue affecting women. This study combined bioinformatics and machine learning with animal experiments to investigate how the traditional Chinese medicine formula “Chai-Shen Powder” (CSP) works. We found that CSP can modulate a key protein in the brain called DNM1, which helps rebalance two important signaling molecules: histamine and norepinephrine. In animal tests, CSP effectively improved menopause-related symptoms such as disrupted estrous cycles, anxiety-like behaviors and hormonal imbalance. These findings provide new scientific insight into how CSP may alleviate menopausal symptoms.
