The partial coding sequences (658 bp) of the cytochrome c oxidase subunit 1 gene of the mayfly genus Paraleptophlebia (Ephemeroptera: Leptophlebiidae) were obtained from the International Nucleotide Sequence Database Collaboration (INSDC). The phylogenetic tree of cox1 was generated with PhyML 3.0 [https://www.atgc-montpellier.fr/tool/phyml/] and visualized with FigTree v1.4.4 [https://github.com/rambaut/figtree/releases#release-v1.4.4].
