This dataset was generated from open-ended questionnaires and interviews with students, faculty, and administrative staff, with the aim of analyzing perceptions and uses of immersive environments in academic training and event organization within programs at the Faculty of Communication Sciences.

Systematic data recording, coding, and the review of emerging categories were carried out using Atlas.ti software.
