Microdatos Gran Encuesta Integrada de Hogares (GEIH)-Redes de Cuidado
Description
The dataset consists of microdata from the 2024 GEIH, provided by DANE. It includes information on general, household, labor, and other forms of work characteristics of the surveyed population. The data is freely accessible and available to the public through the official DANE website. In addition, this database contains variables created to carry out the corresponding statistical analysis.

Steps to reproduce
Initially, five modules from the GEIH were selected and integrated to enable a comprehensive analysis at the level of individual observations. Based on the consolidated dataset, the relevant variables were constructed using the available information. Subsequently, the econometric model was estimated, and a descriptive statistical analysis was conducted to explore the underlying patterns in the data.
