This dataset contains the raw experimental data for the wet-lab validation presented in the manuscript "A Modulation-Based Encryption Framework Integrating Channel and Artificial Noise for DNA Storage". 1. Raw Sequencing Data (Primary Data): Filename: C214NPHTG0-17.gz Format: FASTQ (Compressed) Content: This file contains the raw Nanopore sequencing reads derived from the mixed pool of 8 plasmids (2 normal + 6 misleading sequences). This corresponds to the read pool used for decryption analysis in the manuscript. 2. Plasmid Construction Verification (Quality Control): Filenames: C214NPHTG0-[2,4...16]_COA.pdf and _NGS_Report.pdf Content: These files are the individual quality control reports for the 8 synthetic plasmids before mixing. They include: a) COA (Certificate of Analysis): Confirms the successful cloning of each sequence into the pUC57 vector. b) NGS Verification Report: Confirms that the sequence of each plasmid matches the theoretical design (100% match). Note: The files correspond to the 2 Normal sequences and 6 Misleading sequences described in the "Wet-lab storage experiment analysis" section.

Steps to reproduce
The DNA sequences were encoded using the proposed algorithm and synthesized by GenScript (China). The sequences were cloned into pUC57 vectors using EcoRV restriction sites. Sequencing was performed using the Nanopore platform. Raw data was exported directly from the sequencer without filtering.
