ES·pera is an independent Spanish public-data project integrating and normalising official public data on healthcare waiting lists and hospital activity, with national and regional coverage. This metadata-only record links to ES·pera's national SNS interannual edition for December 2025 compared with December 2024. No data files are deposited in Mendeley Data. The linked report and CSV present official waiting-list observations for surgery and first consultations across Spain and its 19 autonomous communities and cities. Source, period, units and reporting perimeter remain explicit; national SNS data are kept separate from more detailed regional sources.
