Description

Analytical Ultracentrifugation control measurements to evaluate sedimentation behavior of biomolecules to be used in titration. Absorbance measured at 260 nm for DNA and 220 nm for protein. Interference measurements included. To be analyzed through SEDFIT. Data showed good signal-to-noise at 580 nM.
