This dataset contains raw and processed data from the investigation of how intracellular fatty acid accumulation impacts the efficacy of three FDA-approved siRNA drugs. Data are organized by experimental design, including cell type, FFA concentration, siRNA treatment, and measurements at both the mRNA and protein levels.
