Description

The S. pombe cells used in this study include wild-type, Δatf1 and Δatf1Δpcr1, wt cells overexpressing Pcr1and Δatf1 cells overexpressing Pcr1. Total RNA was isolated from all these cells and processed for transcriptome sequencing.
