honeybee-pathogen networks

Description

This database enables to reproduce the results of the manuscript "Spatio-temporal dynamics of honey bee–pathogen networks: implications for colony health and productivity". Each row is a honeybee hive, and columns are the variables indicating spatial and temporal location of honeybee hive evaluation (SEASON, YEAR, APIARY, LOCALITY); the ~3 months variation in colony populations and production (HONEYBEES, BROOD, POLLEN, HONEY), raw loads and standardized (0-1) of studied pathogens (VARROA, NOSEMA, DWV, CBPV); and the properties of the hive within the network, including network MODULE and different measures of network centrality (STRENGTH, FREQUENCY, WEIGHTED STRENGTH, VULNERABILITY, DEGREE).
