Description

Data shared to Manuscript "Armenian functional food “Narine”: Characterization of fermenting bacteria Lactobacillus helveticus full genome sequences and potential functional food marker genes". The aim of this study was to perform whole-genome sequencing of the famous "Narine" functional food starter culture, establish the precise classification of the strain, and utilize genomic and proteomic data to reveal the essential probiotic and prebiotic characteristics of the strain.
