Steps to reproduce

Download files in "data" folder. Matlab code in "code" folder will generate the figures in the paper. User will be prompted to set "dataPath" and the "figPath": "dataPath" is where the downloaded files from "data" folder are saved to. "figPath" is where the newly generated figures should be saved to.
