Steps to reproduce
1. Download the data with experiment results. 2. Place the downloaded dataset in the directory specified in analysis.ipynb. 3. Install Python and the required dependencies. 4. Open analysis.ipynb using Jupyter Notebook or JupyterLab. 5. Run all cells sequentially from the beginning to the end. 6. The notebook performs the required data preprocessing and computational analysis. 7. The resulting tables, statistics, figures, and other outputs correspond to the analyses reported in the accompanying manuscript.
