Description

The spatial transcriptomics data deposited herein are included in the manuscript by Nigro P. & Vamvini M., et al., with the title " Exercise Training Remodels Inguinal White Adipose Tissue Through Adaptations in Innervation, Vascularization and the Extracellular Matrix". These data were generated by using inguinal subcutaneous white adipose tissue from wild type and PRDM16AKO C57BL6n male mice with and without exercise training. The spatial transcriptomics data were generated using FPPE samples using the Visium platform from 10x genomics.
