This dataset contains the study-level data underlying the meta-analyses of associations between adherence to 24-hour movement guidelines and mental health in children and adolescents. The Excel workbook contains three worksheets: data for the meta-analysis of the full-adherence proportion, odds-ratio analyses of dichotomous outcomes, and standardized-mean-difference analyses of continuous outcomes.
