This dataset contains input maps (land use, soil types, slope percent rise, and daily average precipitation) and observed/simulated hydrological data for 10 calibrated high-flow events in the Takahashi River catchment, Japan. Hourly observed and simulated streamflow and suspended sediment are provided, with the exception of the 2011 and 2018 events where observed sediment data are unavailable. The dataset supports SWAT model calibration and validation analyses described in the study “Event-based high-temporal resolution modeling of streamflow and sediment transport in a flood-prone catchment.”
