This dataset supports the submitted article "Glycometabolic reprogramming-mediated XRCC1 lactylation confers therapeutic resistance in high ALDH1A3-expressing glioblastomas". It includes one text file of mRNA sequencing for glioblastoma stem cells (GSCs), one text file for non-targeted metabolomics analyses in GSCs and two text files to show the immunoprecipitation-mass spectrometry (IP-MS) analysis in GSCs.
