This dataset contains the original data of this manuscript, including station name, latitude, longitude, temperature, salinity, sampling depth, nutrients concentrations, POC, Chl a, TEP concentrations. The first table is the data in the South China Sea, and the second table is the data in the western tropical North Pacific.
