Molecular Taxonomy of Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumors Reveals BEND2 Fusions-Driven Transcriptional Plasticity and Therapeutic Vulnerabilities
Description
Transcriptomic expression profiles of 74 pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors were generated using RNA sequencing. Gene expression was quantified as transcripts per million (TPM) values. The data were stored in .rds format and can be loaded into R using the readRDS() function. Transcriptomic expression profiles of 42 human pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor cell lines (n = 30 for BON1; n = 21 for QGP1) were generated using RNA sequencing. Gene expression was quantified as fragments per kilobase of non-overlapping exon per million fragments mapped (FPKM) values. The data were stored in .rds format and can be loaded into R using the readRDS() function. Single-nucleus RNA-seq (snRNA-seq) profiles of 11 pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors were generated using the Singleron GEXSCOPE® platform. Both raw count matrices and corresponding cell metadata were provided. The data are stored in .h5 format and can be loaded into R using the Read10X_h5() function from the Seurat package.
