Description
The dataset contains experimental data related to the fabrication and characterization of CoCrFeMnNi-based high-entropy alloy (HEA) coatings produced via a hybrid process combining mechanical alloying, electrochemical co-deposition, and subsequent heat treatment. It includes: Powder characterization data (particle size distribution, SEM images, EDS maps, XRD patterns), Coating microstructure data before and after annealing (SEM, EDS, XRD), Mechanical properties obtained by nanoindentation (hardness values), Adhesion data from scratch testing, Experimental parameters for mechanical alloying, electrodeposition, and heat treatment. The data support analysis of phase composition, elemental distribution, microstructural evolution, and mechanical performance of HEA coatings on copper and steel substrates.
