Description

This dataset contain gene sequences for the small and large sub-unit of uptake hydrogenase found in Rhodobacter johrii obtained through whoke genome sequencing. Moreover, it contains gRNA and primer sequences to target these genes for manipulation. Additionally, this contains in-vitro cleavage assay results pre-validating the gRNA sequence as effective in cleaving the target genes as well as the ability of the primers to amplify the genes.
