Data compiled from Perplexity AI (February 26, 2026) using two structured queries: (1) Main repositories, databases and research projects relating biological and artificial neural networks, deep learning, brain models and neural representations; (2) GitHub repositories, toolkits and frameworks for neuro-AI research. Each entry was manually verified for URL and description accuracy. The CSV file contains 18 records with 8 fields: Name, URL, Description, Main_Topics, Type, Category, Year_Active, Open_Access.
