This dataset supports the manuscript entitled “Quality of the Amazon açaí waste stored under different conditions over time for pyrolysis and combustion aimed at bioenergy recovery systems.” The dataset contains physicochemical and energy-related properties of açaí seed residues (Euterpe oleracea Mart.) subjected to different storage conditions and storage periods.
