Raw data and accompanying R code for analysis and creating figures for the manuscript "SIRT2 transgenic overexpression does not impact lifespan in mice" by Wu LE et al, Aging Cell 2023 (doi: 10.1111/acel.14027). This was a study of lifespan and age-related healthspan in a strain of SIRT2 transgenic mice, showing no impact from the SIRT2 transgene.

Steps to reproduce

Open the accompanying R script in RStudio in a new root folder, where the accompanying CSV files should be dropped. The code is annotated to recreate each figure and analysis, highlight each section and hit ctrl-enter to run code.
