Databases of the sampling of arepa, rice and bread bought in stores and markets for the determination of afaltoxins by HPLC-FD. Calibration curves with the aflatoxin standard in different concentrations compared to the areas obtained by chromatography. Occurrence of aflatoxins in the samples analyzed and surveys of consumption of arepa, rice and bread among the adult population of the department of Caldas.
