These data describe initial validation and results of an in silico testing pipeline for a novel computer vision (CV) based assessment of quantitative train of four (qTOF) monitoring to detect depth of neuromuscular blockade. A CV model utiling openCV and MediaPipe was created to extract qTOF ratios from video input. Video snippets of simulated qTOF twitches on a rigged 3 dimensional human hand model were created and then analyzed by the CV model.
