1.A group of tumor tissue samples (n=30) from patients with HCC were analyzed with mass spectrometry (CyTOF) and LC-MS for profiling their tumor immune microenvironment. 2.Liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) were performend for the associations between the concentrations of adenosine diphosphate (ADP), adenosine monophosphate (AMP), and adenosine and the abundance of CD19+ TAMs in human HCC. 3.CUT&Tag (Cleavage Under Targets and Tagmentation) and RNA-seq analysis for human THP-1 cells with PAX5 overexpression. 4. Macrophages and B cells were sorted from HCC (n=3), and performed single cell RNA-seq (ScRNA-seq) .
