Description

This dataset contains summary-level data supporting the analysis of variants in Protein Phosphatase 1 Regulatory Subunit 3G (PPP1R3G) in atopic dermatitis within the Singapore/Malaysia Cross-Sectional Genetic Epidemiology Study (SMCGES) population. Summary-level SNP annotation and linkage disequilibrium tagging information for variants within the PPP1R3G region are provided. All other analyses supporting the study findings are reported in the manuscript and supplementary materials.
