Steps to reproduce

This dataset has been extracted as per the PRISMA Framework and protocol to include the selected 42 studies as depicted in the fig.1 in the article titled "The Human Side of ESG: Sustainable Workplace Practices and Employee Mental Well-Being”. A search strategy was adopted using a search string to extract studies from academic databases like Scopus and Google scholar to ensure the coverage of relevant high-quality peer-reviewed journals across interdisciplinary domains. The search was initiated by a combination of search strings: (("ESG" OR "Environmental, Social, Governance" OR " CSR") AND (employee*) AND ("mental health" OR wellbeing OR stress OR burnout)) to refine the search. The time period considered for this study was in between 2015 and 2026 to capture the current trends in the ESG and Workplace Mental Well-being literature.
