This dataset compiles emission factors for methane (CH₄), nitrous oxide (N₂O), and ammonia (NH₃) from raw and digested cattle slurry during storage and land application. It includes 121 paired observations from peer-reviewed studies across multiple countries, enabling direct comparison of emissions between untreated slurry and digestate. Each entry contains manure characteristics (e.g., dry matter, total nitrogen, pH), treatment details, and emission factor changes. The data supports analysis of anaerobic digestion effects on greenhouse gas and ammonia emissions and is aligned with the DATAMAN database. It can be used for life cycle assessment, inventory development, and mitigation strategy evaluation.
