Conducted in Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) providing Paket C programs; equivalent to senior high school education, the research integrates quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews. Quantitative data were collected using structured questionnaires assessing participants' knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors related to multiculturalism through Likert-scale items, multiple-choice questions, and open-ended questions. Qualitative data were obtained from in-depth interviews with selected teachers and students, providing rich contextual insights into their experiences and perceptions of multicultural education.
