Data for: Modelling the effects of environmental heterogeneity within the lung on the tuberculosis life-cycle
Description
Data used to obtain results for TBMetapopPy simulations. Results folder contains the files used to create simulations detailed in the "Methods" and "Results" chapters of the publication. "Sensitivity Analysis" contains the files used to create the simulations detailed in the "Sensitivity Analysis" chapter. In both cases, each folder contains 2 files: Config.ini is the configuration file detailing the model parameters. Output.json is a JSON file of results, stratified by parameter sample, repetition and timestep respectively. The state of the active patches (i.e. those with infection) on the network is recorded at each 1.0 day. For Sensitivity Analysis, in the configuration file, each parameter is defined with a distribution type and two values. For uniformly distributed parameters, these values represent a maximum and minimum value for the parameter. For normally distributed parameters, these values represent the mean value and standard deviation from the mean.
