2018-2019 Comparison of Nontechnical Skills Grading Rubrics for OR In Situ Simulation for General Surgery and Ob/Gyn Residents Data. This data consists of the Likert scale grading of participants in an in situ simulation for their confidence in handling an intraoperative PE and intraoperative anaphylactic shock as well as their knowledge of the TeamSTEPPS® rubric. Additionally, this data set contains survey data on their awareness of the crisis resources at our hospital, namely a crisis checklist and our safety fellow. Finally, this data contains the grades of 2 independent observers who monitored the simulations and used the TPOT® and NOTSS® rubric to grade their team performance.
