Description

This dataset contains anonymized clinical data from 70 women who underwent intrauterine insemination (IUI) at the Siloam Fertility and Minimal Invasive Center, Indonesia, between 2020 and 2022. The study compares ovarian stimulation using clomiphene citrate plus recombinant follicle-stimulating hormone (rFSH) and letrozole plus rFSH. Variables include demographic characteristics, number of dominant follicles, follicle size, endometrial thickness, and biochemical pregnancy outcomes. The dataset was used to evaluate differences in ovarian response and pregnancy outcomes between stimulation protocols. All patient identifiers have been removed to ensure confidentiality.
